Settlement quote delayed.
I spoke to MBD Collections Agent in mid May on our discussions she verbally offered me a 70% discount on my debt, unfortunately then I had no funds to pay that offer, she persuaded me in making a monthly payment arrangement which I agreed the deductions are going well as agreed. On the 15th of July I called them again asking for Settlement offer letter they promised to email it to me, till today I haven't received the settlement quote but when we chat telephonically they're now changing the percentage from 70% to 30% discount.
I've been trying to send an email to the supervisor/manager *** as instructed by MBD Agents, but all my 5 emails are not responded to by Kgotso. it seems he/she is not willing to assist me advise guys what to do in this situation. the service is poor while they're so quick in calling or reminding for payment. This is truly frustrating me.
