Settlement Paid

I had called MBD Attorneys on 26/01/15 and had got a settlement amount of R878-31, i was then told i had 7 days to make this payment, I then told Marina to please send me a settlement letter so I could insure I was settling account and not been ********ted, letter was sent on the 28/01/14 and states that arrangement must be made with in 7 days of letter so on 29/1/15 I did a transfer but it came back to me because i had put incorrect account number, on 30/1/15 I had corrected details and did payment of R878-31, I then forwarded proof of payment to Mariana Carr, but got no reply, i sent it 3 time from my work email, personal email, and from my online banking system direct to Mariana Carr. On the 31/1/15 morning I got a call about not making the payment I then informed the lady that I made payment and proof was sent. The i called MBD the next week and was told that I did not stick to my arrangement made on 26/01/15 which stated I had to make payment on the 26/01/15 but i then told them I have a letter stating i have 7 days to pay and on 26/01/15 i was told i had a week to make payment. I think this company has no clue what is going on and arrangements made with clients over phone.
