SETTLEMENT OVER QUOTED BY R7000!!!

I am utterly disgusted with your company to say the least. I have been in contact in order to get my account settled. I called numerous times and was quoted a figure that could only be finalised after my debit order. I then called customer services to have a final settlement sent to me. It was R7000 more than originally quoted! And Ntebaleng was extremely rude to me when I said it was wrong. Little did I know I have been charged for every time I call in. Unable to settle the quoted amount, I used the funds elsewhere. Today, a week later, Ntebaleng calls to say she made a mistake! So now I am going to be charged interest until I can settle this. I would also have been off ITC and now because of that mistake you are costing me my credit name finally being restored!! I was promised an updated settlement statement as well as in writing that this was your error and have still not received this! You are affecting people's livelihood! You should be ashamed! If you can not resolve this I will be contacting the Ombudsman to report you.
