Settlement offer honoured and account never closed
I settled my account on the 31st January as per agreement and they never closed my account and after the settlement I called I was informed I will get a paid up letter after 20 days till to date never received anything and when I enquired today they telling me about a balance of R181 Andi am not liable for that van you guys sort this out before I take further steps
