Settlement of my account

I have been trying to settle my account with this company for the past 2 months now to no avail. I have talked to about 6 of their consultants promising to come back to me but not. They don't even take their time through their busy schedules to give feedback. Telling me they will speak to their supervisor or attorneys, but don't All I want to do is get some assistance in settling my account so I can live my life It's like they enjoy someone being indebted to them
