Settlement Letter & update my name with credit bureau

Good day

There’s been an account that has been opened with my name on it. MTN adviced me to open a ***** case. I mentioned this to MBD and nobody responded... To cut the long story short, I eventually paid this account because I have things to do & cannot afford to have my name dragged into this mess then I will communicate with MTN while they do this investigation. I’ve been asking MBD to send me a settlement letter & send MTN the letter as well to update my name with credit bureau.

I’ve called over & over & over again but till today nobody has sent me that letter.

Could I please get my letter & could MBD send that letter to MTN.

The staff is rude & unprofessional... I can’t deal with this company honestly.
