SETTLEMENT LETTER STILL NOT RECEIVED IN 4 MONTHS

Firstly, trying to get hold of any consultant at MBD is a nightmare!!!! <br> I had my Edgars account handed over to MBD Attorneys. In Feb 2015 I had paid my entire outstanding balance to MBD. I had requested a settlement letter, which I was told I would get in 2 weeks after MBD receives POP. I waited a month and called MBD end March and I was advised that I had to request settlement letter (which I had initially), so I requested it again. End April came, where I found myself calling MBD for a third time, following up on my settlement letter... and yet again, MBD failed to update the records... So today, I called Edgars as surely by now MBD would have sent this update through to Edgars... and MBD failed yet again. This is utterly and completely unprofessional. I need to prove to banks and other financial institutions that I am no longer in debt with Edgars.
