Settlement letter needed urgently
I have requested for a settlement letter from last week Monday for my Vodacom account and every day i am told that they are still busy preparing the letter. i explained to various consultants that my intention is to settle the account before 4 June 2021 and that i needed the letter urgently. Please provide a resolution for this asap.
