Settlement letter
I wanted to settle my capri account and the staff member gave the settlement amount without including the interest fee. When requesting the settlement letter after 48 hours as they promised that's when they tell me about the interest fee, so for me it was poor communication and even now I'm still waiting for the settlement letter since April 2025.😡
