Hi, I don't even know where to start! Why are the big businesses even allowing these people to handle their accounts because clearly MBD don't know what they doing!!! I paid you guys full up and even sent through my proof payment to Rogan *** I await for a supervisor to call me because you guys are sending me sms's that i still owe you! Many times yall and ask to speak to me then when I say it's me yall put the phone down! WHY!!!! It's been over a month and I'm waiting for my settlement letter! You keep telling me you different stories while my credit score is going down!!! Yall gonna give me a heart attack! I WANT MY SETTLEMENT LETTER!!!
