Settlement letter

I've settled my account with the help of Mbd good thing i was given a discount of what am owing problem is i've requested a settlement letter to different consultants all the do is take your email address but still no settlement letter funny part when i login to my Fnb account still showing that am still owing them balance whereas i was given a discount by Mbd another problem there are other attorneys that have been contacting me for days on the same account that i have settled with Mbd its kinda of frustrating cos the lady who called it was early in the morning around past 6 i kept explaining to her that i have settled my account with my Mbd she kept on pushing that i must settle the remaining balance what kind of nonsense is that i end up swearing at her the name of the company is GL attorneys so am pleading with you guys frm Mbd pls send me that settlement letter so that i can apply a house for my two beautiful girls i've had it with my mother in law i will end up killing her. Pls respond urgently
