Settlement Letter

I paid a settlement amount for my IZWE loan and was promised a Settlement Letter - for weeks now trying to get them to respond to my request to get a Settlement Letter! Was quick to take my payment (and confirm receipt of payment) but they cant supply me with a Settlement letter??? I wrote several emails and used the WhatsApp they supp**** to NO avail! The contact person at MBD was: Lindi Mdlalose - Legal Process Officer
