Settlement Letter

Can MBD please assign someone to assist me , this is going to be the 3rd week complaining about the same issue, every day you keep making empty promises , I have paid in full why is it so difficult to assist me with my paid up letter , why do you have to be so unreliable ? again I still ask why do you give your customers the paythru option when even the finance department doesn't know how it works ,? I paid on the 18th till this day you are tracking the payment even after I gave you proof of payment this is honestly not fair
