Settlement letter

<p>I've sent a call back message to the call centre last week friday and no one called. I just call now, spoke to Shantel, she transferred my call, i stayed on the line until it cut off. I so ****ed because I only need a paid up letter, payment was made on the 28 of July. You are quick to collect but you very slow to appreciate payments as promised. I demand to be called back!</p> <p> </p>
