Settlement Letter
I had a default on my edgars account and it was handed over to MBD. The consultants phoned me and I paid the full amount. I have been calling for a month since beginning of December to get the settlement letter but still NOTHING. The consultants keep telling me I will receive it in 24hrs, still nothing. How many times must I request this letter in order to get it?
