SETTLEMENT LETTER

Good Day<br> <br> I think MBD are a bunch of ****** that bring a bad name to the legal fraternity. My Edcon account was handed over due to non payment when i was unemployed, upon my employment i started paying my Edcon account diligently to without fail, this month, even after my debit order i made an EFT to settle the account after i called in and got the balance from them, i transferred the same amount given to me by their consultants. After the 48hr turnaround time, i called them again to see if my payments had cleared, i was told i have a balance of R80, that i had no idea where it came from. The matter was escalated and i was told that the account was settled and closed and that R80 would be reversed, I call Edcon today to find out and i'm told i have a R600 balance, so i go back to MBD and they also tell me that i have a R600 balance. Where did this come from and for what? I REFUSE to pay another cent to them because they are simply just robbing us. I will not be ****** and i want that settlement letter even it mean i have to go to Randburg to their offices for them to see exactly that i mean business. i will not be taken for a ride.
