Settlement Letter
Good Day. MBD Debitted my account for debt that was more that 9 years old. This debt was rescribed debt. I agreed for them to debit me but now I am having difficulty obtaining a settlement letter from them. I need this letter so that I can refer this matter to the ombudsman, as according to me I should not have had to pay this. I just got so tired of being called every day. The amount was nearly R12000.00. Can someone please ensure that I receive a settlement letter asap<br> This was for a capitec account
