settlement letter

am struggling to get settlement from TFG they telling me my account with MBD last week i called MBD they say i am not with them i called TFG again, they said they will send me a settlement letter in 2 days it is now two weeks i went on my old mail address and saw a mail from TFGNorlam attorneys, i contacted them today and ask for a settlement letter they told me i am not with them anymore. i contact TFG again and they said it has to be with MBD i spoke to a lady Constance friendly lady gave my id and she send me a settlement letter but could not give me totals over the phone i still ask for a discount she said sure mam. so i get the mail my balance is suddenly over R11 000, after i read a mail from TFGNorlam dated in October telling me my balance is R5000 and when i did a credit check it showed R5000 as well so can someone explain to me where these MBD get my balance and how on earth can TFG send our accounts to them without a phone call as they clearly not right, all people complianing re MBD and no one does nothing, can anyone help me to complain to ITC?
