settlement letter

Judging from the reviews I got on this page, I am concerned to say the least as to whether on not I will get the help I need. All 10 of your consultants will call at once when they want someone to settle an account; you are reluctant with giving discount and also make a lot of promises. I was told I will get my settlement letter as soon as the payment has gone through, but as it stands I am even unable to get a hold of the company. I just want my information updated on the bureau and a settlement sent to me.
