SETTLEMENT LETTER - ***
Dear MBD<br> <br> I am the one who was instructed to pay an outstanding amount on Cell C contract which I have already paid but the attorneys did not give me the settlement letter, after some time they instructed me again to pay, promising that they will send the letter once I pay. I paid it in three instalments there after I asked for a settlement letter but till now they did not send the letter.
