SETTLEMENT DONE , WHERE IS MY MONEY NOW

A VODACOM ACCOUNT WAS HANDED OVER AND THEN SETTLE THROUGH MBD ALMOST A MONTH AGO AND THEY HAVE NOT YET LOGGED IT WITH VODACOM OR REQUESTED A PAID-UP LETTER AS PROMISED. AND NOW I AM STILL BEING HARASSED WITH CALLS FROM PREVIOUS LAW FIRMS SO CLEARLY, THE PAID-UP STATUS HAS NOT BEEN LOGGED ANYWHERE. WHAT HAVE THEY DONE WITH R10K+ IS MY QUESTION. KINDLY ADVISE
