Settlement amount

I am really tired of being harassed by your agents. I have continued to make payments on each month but the forceful calls that I get is really not on.

I spoke to a extremely rude lady on the 26th august whom I told I was already called the previous day and that it’s funny how MBD remembers to call me but cannt get my request for a settlement amount right. Her response was unfortunately this is how we do things and we will continue to call you. Like no care in the work
