settlement amount

I recently requested a settlement amount on my Virgin Active account. On the 7th of December 2015 I received an email from Ingrid Peters stating that the balance is R1219.09 and the settlement is R600.00. I paid the R600.00 on the same day and emailed the proof of payment to Ingrid. On the 09th of December I received another email thanking me for the payment and further stated that I still owe another R600.00. I queried this via email. Email was sent to Ingrid Peters as well as [Email Removed] I am now receiving reminders to pay an outstanding amount of R600.00. I am still awaiting feedback.....
