Settled my account!
<p>Good day, I've settled my RCS account with a debit order that you've loaded on the 29/06/2017. Now i'm still on ITC and all of a sudden i get sms's again saying i was handed over to you and that i must arrange payment plans!</p> <p>Please remove me from your system because i paid the account and i want proof that you've removed me from ITC.</p>
