Settled account but failure to close account

Firstly, they harassed me with calls even though I was sticking to the payment arrangement. I settled the account in August 2020. Game says I still owe cause they didn't communicate with them about the settlement and now they've handed my account over to 2 other companies. They don't even answer their calls. It's Sept 2021 and they still can't resolve this issue. All they do is transfer you from pillar to post. They're very ***********. Just a waste of time.
