I sent an e-mail to ********** on 5 Feb - still no response. This is the e-mail address they have on their website. What is the use in having an e-mail address displayed on your website if nobody is bothered to answer e-mails? I called the switchboard today and the answer I received was "I don't know".... How ***********! The switchboard operator then asked for my ID number.... What for? It is the 1st time ever I am trying to make contact with this firm so why must I give my ID number to the operator? She gave me another number - I've tried 5 times and there is still no one to answer the phone.....
