Service by Mbd legal consultation and gems

Good afternoon, my mum account was recently handed over by gems to mbd consultant who are their legal services to handle legal issues, I have been trying to get hold of this legal service for more than ten days and gems is not assisting saying that this matter is in the hands of the third party. Their number ring unanswered ***: *** & ***, none of these numbers are responded to.

Their payment system not user friendly for absa client and you can't get help without communication. Can you please refer me to anyone. Gems must opt a better option for its clients. This terrible experience and services. I hold more than an hour calling gems by the way for more five days and even visit their offices in polokwane didn't help.
