Sent from piller to post for my provident fund

<p>On the 5th november 2017 i submitted my documents for my provident fund claim, been calling MBD credit solutions to find out how far they are with my claim with AlexanderForbes was told they are busy with it. On the 10th i called then no one answered my call i then sent an email to Lavania Naidoo which she rep**** to telling me that "theres a problem with submitting claims on ElexanderForbes" , today i decided to call ElexanderForbes and to my surprise theres never been a problem with there systems MBD **** to me. So so angry cos its been 12 days of being made a fool. I really dont understand what they are trying to achieve by lying to me.</p>
