Sending TV license spam without checking if it is the correct cell#
I am receiving multiple SMS spam daily from MBD about paying a TV license that is not even on my name!!
When I log in to the fast login on the tvlic website using the # ********** 61 it says it belongs to a Mr TS Ngubande who I don't even know who it is. I have had this phone number for over year already!!
MBD looks like they are the scourge of the earth like another complainant said.
