Sending text messages without background of the issue

I have having a nightmare with sms send to me by the company called MBD INC. They say i owe Cell C and when i ask them what is it i owe cell C, they cannot explain . MBD INC. Please stop sending me messages spamming my phone on issues you cant explain.

In future if you have cases handed to you , please ensure you know exactly what the problem is so you can be in a position to communicate your clients requests properly.
