Send your people for training and update your system database please?

They keep calling me, looking for someone else. I had my number for 12 years. I asked the first caller to please take the number off their list. She said she would, yet I receive calls from them almost daily, asking for the same Mr Nefling. Today the lady hung up before I could even ask her to remove the number. If you work with costumers, you need to be more polite and actually listen. I have a certificate in customer service excellence. All businesses should send their employees working with customers on that course. It is cheap and will help your business NOT get a bad reputation.
