SELFISH and UNPROFFESSIONAL

I am not impressed with MBD at all .All this company knows is harrassing people for payment but cannot assist where it serves the client .I have sent numerous emails asking for prescription letters for a debt that was handed over to you in 2018 and never collected .responses on emails have no clear answer or none at all .I call the callcentre almost everyday if they dont hang up its different answers .one minute they are sending the prescription lettters shortly the next admin is still busy then others hang up as soon as I follow up .ID *** for GETBUCKS accounts prescription letters
