I had an contract with MTN, and was then handed over to MDB, that i made payments to, i kept on asking for statments but none was provided, then i get a call from another collection agency and said my account was sold to them. I requested a statment from them, and checked my bank statment, this account was over paid, and the consultant confirmed the account was paid up before the account was sold to them, but MDB never provided the right information. I have app**** for a home loan and got rejected to this this. I am now sitting with a situation where i cant get a paid up letter as the other collection agency cant give it as the account was paid up before it was handed over to them, mtn say they cant give it, because MDB must provide it, and in the mean time i am stuck. MDB is unprofessional and ********. If you account ever lands with them you must know trouble is coming.

I need a paid up letter MDB, rectify this issue asap.
