i have been trying to contact MBD to get some answers on how its possible for my balance on my ABSA account to be so high when the statements they send me reflects a different amount. and in fact they owe me because the statement shows that the amount i paid was higher than the balance. When i call them i just get their rude consultants who hang up the phone, which proves to me that they know that what they are doing is wrong. All i want is for you to rectify your mistake and acknowledge your wrong. I need answers an escalation cannot take 2 weeks to resolve.
