My Virgin Account was handed over go MBD about 2 years ago & I believe more than enough payments to settle what I was doing but however I noticed that they kept taking the amount high which was very stressful cause I'm unemployed ... i would make arrangements with them and would pay, these interest rates are ridiculous and you don't even know why they're so high! You can't even monitor your statements !!! They just say whatever amount they'd feel like.

But that's not why I'm here, in here because for the whole week I'VE BEEN CALLING THEM wanting to clear my name & settle the balance but they've been nothing but uninterested & kept telling lies after lies. At first I wanted to get a discount cause paying interest or a fine of 1685 ain't fun when you don't have a job. They said they don't have discounts at the moment, I borrowed money & called them back to settle the amount. They suggested that they debit my account (Its easier that way) so I agree. Till to date they haven't done that and none of the 4 people I spoke to bothered getting back to me.

I take it as I don't owe them #$^/@ cause apparently I'm owing Virgin Active on my 50bucks and they were in such a sho k that they've taken the amount so high up after paying more than what it's believed I'm owing!!! These paying are sure making and luring money out of people who aren't even avoiding them. I'm no ******** never planed to not settle anything in my entire life but they treat me like this. After telling them a million times I Lost my job but they're unbothered. The money goes right up.

I have no possible explanation as to why they're this malicious. Now that the funds are available they go MIA. I guess they enjoy harassing people who DON'T have money. I hope my name is cleared already cause you clearly going this so you take it to 2k! I'm sick of this!!!
