**** debt collectors

Goodday. I'm hoping someone can assist of offer some advises. I had a RCS loan account sometime in 2014 or 2016 that ended up at legal due to slow payment. The collectors name is B&D attorneys. In 2017 I paid up my rcs account with the B&D attorneys with a discounted settle amount. All done or so I thought. In 2019 June I received a call from MBD debt collectors claiming that I still owe on the rcs Acc. And need to collect. After explaining to them the account is paid up and emailing them the paid up or settlement letter. This company refuses to leave me alone. I've been getting 3 to 4 call a day from this company and had explained and sent the paid up letter probably a dozen times to the emails I was given even some consultants personal emails, but they keep calling claiming no email has been received. I don't know what to do anymore. My paid up letter was set to the bureaus aswel and my name cleared and it shows account closed, but this MBD collectors keep harassing me everyday, using different numbers. Can anyone advise me on what to do. They sound like **********.
