**** calls from MBD

They keep calling regarding You & Me Mobile when they *******ly debited my account for a monthly subscription when it was a prepaid sim. When I called them they told me that they will credit the amount back to me and it's been a year later and now MBD wants to collect on this absurd debt. I have lodged a formal complaint with ICASA and asked that the look into this matter as I am not the only one that this is been happening to. MBD should get the facts straight before pursuing a matter and harrassing with phone calls and sms's and threatening to share with other parties... Don't they know about the POPI ACT.... They need to be schooled in the the different acts that protect the consumer from ************ companies like this.
