MBD has been contacting me almost daily with regards to a Virgin Active account that I wasnt even aware I was due to pay from about 5 years ago. I have requeste proof of handover etc from MBD and get told they will send it. I keep receiving a statement on MBD letterhead but no proof of handover.

I have asked numerous times to speak to a supervisor or director an of course as always they are in a meeting.

2 days ago I then receive a cal from MBD asking to make a payment arrangement on my credit card. I have been paying off my credit card through another attorney for years now and once again they can not supply me with a handover letter or proof that I must pay them.

I will not just hand over money to anyone that sends me their banking details via sms. I want proof that I must pay these accounts 1st.

Yes I am a bad person for getting myself into debit, but I am not a bad person for admitting to this and trying to make a payment plan, however I do not have the finances to just pay companies without proof and do not have the airtime to keep calling to speak to a supervisor or director.

This company harasses me almost daily and charge me for these calls, even though on the system it shows my requests. I have even rep**** to emails sent to me requesting the proof and no reply via email what so ever.

All I ask for is PROOF....... I am sure that I am allowed to ensure that this money is not just going into someones back pocket.... When I am already paying someone why should I be getting calls from someone else that is unable to supply me PROOF in the 1st place.
