i am very much dissapointed as i am building my credit score only to find out that MBD legal has listed me on account number *** which suppposedly from 11 august 2020, we are currently in 2024 and im getting this information from my credit service provider on 10 October 2024 and when i call MBD i spoke to Rose Motona who was not of assistance and was very rude and referred me counter point ( charmaine) to *** and they advised its a account for finchoice which is a account i have rememberance of and its prescribed.
I am requesting this be removed with immediate effect and i request a letter .
and was advised that the account was sent back to MBD and no one can assist and they dont have any information with regards to this query.

I need this removed asap.

Can i request a direct person whom il be in contact with as one of the agents advised that i said il pay the debt and gave me attitude and this has caused stressed for me. id like to get the recordings, email and call, loan contracts so i can take this up.
I need this loan removed from my name as soon as possible and i request a apology .

Iv escalated this matter to the ombuds and complained to the NCR and iv CC'd you on the email iv sent .
