i paid my account in full 90days ago. The consultant Sophie Ntombi Ntobong sent me a paid up letter and over the phone told me the burue will now be updated by one of their departments,this was the second of October,today 22 November i called 9times,hung up on 8times,after what she advised she will send it to the department now on;ly,i need a flat but because this is reflecting i can not rent through an agency,my advise to any person dealing with them,run and run very fast,rather pay your debitor direct as it is never ending issues
