My Television License Ref ********** 39 was cancelled two years ago, I am now receiving messages that this is unpaid and we can get bonus points and be entered into a competition to win R400.00 from PnP if we pay the outstanding balance.

I have sent numerous emails, telephone calls etc, short of changing my number what can be done ?
