Sabc t.v. licence/mbd credit solutions

Hi their..

Could I ask someone to validate if this company is a legal entity and if so if Sabc has duly given them the mandate to collect on their behalf?

I was first sent a text message about a year and a half ago referring to a man called Mr khumalo(I still have all theses messages) further to that I called them to inform them that they may have the incorrect number they thanked me and asked me to ignore the messages. Suddenly I got a call from them indicating I had the exact same amount outstanding which is impossible. Explaining my frustration and the impossibility that I have an outstanding tv licence they got tired and said you owe this amount and you will pay without me agreeing to a thing they put the phone down..I am constantly getting calls from this company and them being incredibly rude and disgruntled and always putting the phone down in my ear..today I called several times to speak to a manager and every single time they put the phone down in my ear and no manager was available..??

I hope this is a **** as it would be a shame to know that sabc has put their trust in such incapable and disgusting hands.
