SABC TV LICENCE

it seems that in this firm the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and the same applies to its client, the SABC. I have explained at great lengths (and submitted supporting documentation) to Khayelihle Mfuphi as well as to a previous debt collection company that the account that I am being harassed to pay (***) IS NOT MINE! I have also submitted a copy of my ID and explained that there is only ONE account in my name and ID number.This account was paid on 2 JUNE 2015 and proof of payment was also submitted to the firm. I do not know who the other account belongs to and the firm could not submit proof from the SABC that my ID number was attached to this account. As a matter of fact the ID that the SABC quoted is not mine and I do not know who it belongs to. <br> <br> Apart from this complaint, the firm will be reported to the relevant law society and the National Credit Regulator as I have done what was expected of me and more, yet I still receive threatening letters and text messages to my phone.
