Running away of their responsibility

I settled my Foschini debt in February 2015, have not yet received a letter confirming that the debt has been settled. When calling the customer care they say its not their duty to do so it is Foschini's, even though they have not sent the update that the debt has been settled to Foschini. I am still blacklisted by Foschini due to MBD's negligence. Everyday when I call the customer care they send me from post to pillar whilst I am stuck not able to do anything because of them.
