Run around with *********** staff - Only helpful when it suits them

This is such a dishonest company.... why when I ask for an account statement it takes 6 months to get a response, when i informed you via email that the information does not pertain to the agreement I get ignored. You claim on my previous email this matter is resolved, it is not, it is resolved when both parties come to an agreement and the agreement is adhered to by both parties. Actually no, this matter has not been resolved. Why when it suits your company do you have telephone recordings on hand, and when a customer requests these do you attack me REGARDING PAYMENT. I have made it clear that I will not make payment until such time that this account is fixed and reflects the agreement made I have asked for an account statement more than three months ago. Nothing, an account breakdown letter. This is not what I requested. To my utter disgust none of the previous agreements were met on this. When I received a call to say this account was in arrears,(ALMOST TWO YEARS AGO) I negotiated a payment plan and was informed that If I had agreed to pay off this account, no interest and no admin charges would be added. This MBD COMPANY IS THE MOST DISHONEST BUNCH OF ******* I HAVE COME ACROSS. Now all of a sudden they want telephone recordings. Why because they know no human would remember the date and time
