Rude, unprofessional and annoying agents

Dear Sir/Madam

Identity theft with Mr Price accounts which they handed over to MBD what a nightmare it has been. I get calls everyday at 7:10 without fail and when I do answer and explain I’ve never had an account with Mr Price and I’ve emailed all the proof to MBD, they just hang up and call again later or their 7:10am call! It’s disgusting that your call center agents are not keen to resolve this. I sent proof last year 2019 in February along with Truworths who also had a case opened, guess what Truworths case was resolved and closed in 2019! Mr Price should move their business to other attorneys because you guys surely the only thing you can do annoyingly best is place calls and not resolve the cases. I’ve since resent the proof on June 30 2020 but I still get harassed, stop the text messages and calls and investigate and close this case!!
