RUDE, TWO COMPANIES STILL HANDLING ACCOUNT, NO KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT IS GOING ON

I am keep getting phone calls and the consultant just dropped the call on me while explaining to him that I already sent my request regarding my account and I am not confirming anything over the phone. This is very rude.

If this is how the consultants treat the people then this account can stay in arrears till kingdom comes!

Any arrangements that needs to be done via email, I am not trusting anyone by confirming my details over the phone.

@Fnb Loans I don't think this is on, first you debit my account after MBD already was appointed to this account and now this, I am fed up with this service!

I have been told I have not make arrangements with the attorneys when a debit order was authorized on your portal, how come is this account even then still being handled by you as well! Now I am paying double interest and whom knows how many other charges everyone likes to charge.
