RUDE THANANG AGENT!!!!!

I received a call from Thabang today who was rude and would not listen to me. He wanted to tell me what to do and how to do not realising that I have already made an arrangement with a lady on friday that called me and was very polite. He was arrogant and rude. NO BED SIDE MANNER WHATSOEVER!!!
