Rude Staff who hang up on us

Your staff is harassing us during our trying times and we have not asked to be in this situation. If you can please teach your employees telephone etiquette. They are rude and very insensitive to our problems. The least they can do is watch their mouths. Nortan Attorneys and VVN attorneys are very professional compared to your uns****ed staff. The way they are so rude, they hang up on us and they call us again the following day to harass us and tell us what they think about our lives. Absolute *******. I honestly hope your calls are recorded for people who dont deserve job or the given the opportunity to work when some of us arent given such priveledges
