Rude staff of MBD credit Solutions !!!!

This company’s rude staff keeps on phoning me, regarding my ABSA Personal Loan Acc. I have made arrangements with ABSA for the 3 months payment relief, which was confirmed by ABSA as i have received an letter stating the confirmation from ABSA. So why do they phone collecting payment after payment arrangements have been made????
